So many benefits

CBD is offered in many forms at Ciggfreeds:

Tinctures, Capsules, Edibles, Vape Liquid, Lotions, and Shatter.

Tinctures are taken by placing drops under your tongue and are most effective by not swallowing right away.  They often are available in as little as 100mg per bottle to upwards of 1500mg or more.  They can come in different flavors and bases.  Tinctures can be found with a base of coconut oil, hemp oil, grape seed oil, MCT oil, vegetable glycerin, water soluble and other varieties.  A natural based tincture will take a little like olive oil.

A tincture base is important as it can determine the rate and efficiency that a body will metabolize the dose .  There is no set amount for a dose of CBD so in the beginning it will be a lot of trial and error.  On average, a single dose will range from 10mg - 50mg factoring in the person's body type and the severity of the aliment.

A glass 30ml dropper bottle will usually contain a 1ml dropper. Calculating the amount of a 350mg/30ml bottle, each dropper would be about 11-12mg.  The effect of tinctures can either be felt immediately or after a few doses.  CBD tinctures can and will effect each person differently. Tinctures on average are probably taken 1-3x's a day, however can be taken as often as necessary.  Even though no negative effects have been found or reported on taking CBD, we recommend consulting a doctor if larger doses are needed.

Capsules are probably the easiest and most convenient way to take CBD.  Capsules can be 10-25mg of CBD.  The capsule will be a set amount so you can know exactly how much you are taking.  However, modifying your dose might not be as easy if the addition or subtraction of a full is too much or too little.

Edibles, such as gummies or suckers, are a discreet, convenient, enjoyable, and tasteful way to take CBD.  Like capsules, edibles are a great option because it allows you to manage the level of CBD in each serving.  Edibles are also know to last hours longer.  Individuals with eating or digestive disorders, can use edibles to curb nausea and provide important calories, nutrients, and antioxidants.

Vape Liquid may be less effective than other methods of taking CBD however can help in a more consistent absorption and quicker effect.  Using a vape for CBD will allow you to easily adjust the dose to how you are feeling also.  Vaping could be the best for anxiety and nausea because of it being able to dissipate quickly through your system.

Lotions are more recent for the CBD family.  CBD lotions have been used to help with chronic pain, inflammation, acne, psoriasis, cancer treatments, anti-aging, and more to benefit the skin.  When deciding on a topical product, make sure the key word nano technology, encapsulation, or micellization of CBD is used. These key words will ensure that the CBD will go through to dermal layers and not just sit on your skin.

Shatter is going to be one of the purest and cleanest type of CBD extract. It is a CBD isolate that has terpenes added. Terpense are the natural chemicals that provide the scent or aroma.

Now that you know what CBD is all about, how do you want to take it?
